1.Forcably ends all running timer jobs and stops the timer service immediately.

2.Restarts the SharePoint timer service.

3.Stops the SharePoint timer service.

4.Sends a signal to all running timer jobs to end. Each currently running timer job finishes cleanly. Only then does the timer service end.
